At LAB Construction, every customer must be 100% satisfied. Word of mouth is our best advertising. That's why we're happy to provide references upon request. Here are some questions you should ask:

1. Was your project finished on budget? If not, what was the cause (builder error, weather, change orders)?
2. Was your project finished on time? If not, what was the cause (builder error, weather, change orders)?
3. Are there defects in your building? If so, were they due to improper installation, age, settling, etc.? Has the builder fixed them?
4. Did the promise of quality meet your expectations?
5. Was the builder pleasant to work with?
6. Was the builder accessible?
7. How did the builder handle changes (positively, negatively, argumentative)?
8. Did you enjoy the experience of building? Why or why not?
9. If you could do it all again, what would you do differently?
10. Would/have you recommend/recommended this builder to friends or family?
11. Would/have you hire/hired this builder in the future for remodeling or a new build?
